• Spearhead performance marketing efforts for fashion and beauty brands, focusing on paid search and paid social. • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of marketing channels to deliver measurable success. • Act as the main point of contact for brands, leading communication, insights delivery, and strategic initiatives. • Collaborate closely with various teams to drive results and solve challenges in the digital landscape.
• 5-7+ years of experience in paid media management for e-commerce brands, ideally in fashion, beauty, or wellness. • Experience managing paid search, paid social, or both, but you are now looking to run strategy instead of managing the accounts directly. • Both in-house and agency performance is preferred but not required. • Ability to clearly communicate and implement impactful strategies. • A go-getter with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for cutting-edge marketing. • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
