📋 Description
• Developing Marketing Cloud journeys. • Building functionality around testing of Email/SMS campaigns. • Creating and configuring automations. • Working with SQL queries and AMP Script to enable personalization. • Performing user testing post-development. • Creating design documentation for completed work.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant work experience. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and configuration. • Proficiency in AMP script, SQL for Marketing Cloud customization and scripting. • Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud functionalities including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Personalization Builder. • Knowledge of version control systems, DevOps, and software development methodologies. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically dispersed working environment. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong presentation, communication, and business ethics. • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect for Salesforce CRM integration. • Experience working as a member of an agile development team. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant are preferred.
