• As Global People Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Global People Experience Services team. • You will be responsible for our core HRIS (data accuracy & workflows), People Experience processes (compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies) and guiding local People Experience Services teams. • Full ownership of our HRIS system, managing the data architecture, workflows, access, permissions and integrations with the different systems and tools. • Define, implement and continuously evolve the full PX (People Experience) services processes in a people-centric way. • Lead and support the local PX Services teams across our different countries. • Ensure that all PX services teams maintain accurate and accessible employee data and records.
• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources, labor relations or similar degree. • Previous experience in HR (minimum of 7 years with at least 1- 2 years in a similar global role, ideally in a tech scaleup organisation). • Experience as a system administrator, process owner and leading projects. • You have played a key role on HRIS implementation project. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English). • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking initiative and ownership. • Excellent analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem solving.
