Requirements

• Have 4-5 years of experience in Project Management Operations in Tech scaleup or startup. • Have excellent skills in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations. • Utilize analytical models and frameworks to suggest appropriate actions. • Understand what it takes to be a successful executor: establish and maintain strong stakeholder engagement, including the ability to create and maintain relationships with local teams and global stakeholders. • Have excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills; Spanish is a plus. • Possess excellent communication skills, including strong reporting and presentation abilities.
