• The Role: Hunter Sales Executive • We are seeking a driven Hunter Sales Executive to join our team in Spain. • You’ll play a vital role in expanding our client base within the healthcare sector, leveraging your sales skills to build connections, present solutions, and drive conversions. • As a proactive team member, you’ll help our CRM solutions reach new clients and solidify our presence in the market. • Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to assess potential for conversion (40%). • Solution Selling: Showcase our SaaS solutions, emphasizing how they address client challenges (20%). • Sales Process Management: Own the sales cycle from first contact to close, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups (20%). • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations (10%). • In this role, you'll interact frequently with the Sales Key Account Manager and Operations teams, collaborating closely to achieve sales goals and maintain client satisfaction.
• Education: a degree in Business or related fields. • Experience: at least 2 years in tech/SaaS sales, within the healthcare industry. • Skills: Proven success in sales hunter roles. • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technology sales processes. • Excellent prospecting skills. • Fluent Spanish, with English as a plus. • Characteristics: Self-motivated, resilient, and accountable with excellent communication skills.
