Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering • 2+ years in a leadership position of an onchain start-up • Strong background in rapid fullstack development • Ability to level-up and mentor engineers • Exceptional grit and resilience • Fluency in product development, business development, market analysis • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of the payments product landscape • Demonstrated commitment to the onchain ecosystem
