• Lead the Onchain Consumer product experience • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teammates for solutions • Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production • Establish and lead the design function for your product area • Create beautiful, usable, valuable product experiences

Requirements

• 7+ years experience designing exceptional product experiences • Contributions to at least one onchain app or experience • Proven track record of successfully leading design function across a product area • Ability to own end-to-end design process from initial concept to final implementation including user research, prototype testing, and quantitative methods • Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to drive and influence product decisions and strategy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
