Description

• We are currently hiring for a Product Manager to join our team here at Doctify. • You will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare review experiences. • Working cross-functionally, you will guide the development and optimisation of Doctify’s products. • Our mission is to help over 100 million patients by 2025. • Defining and managing the product roadmap, aligning with Doctify’s goals. • Leading efforts in gathering and analysing feedback from patients and healthcare providers. • Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to execute product initiatives effectively. • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and monitoring product performance. • Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behaviours. • Communicating project updates, product progress, and user insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in product management, preferably within HealthTech, SaaS, or consumer platforms. • A strong understanding of best practice in UX/UI patterns for user journeys on both desktop and mobile platforms. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in product management tools. • A Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • A Passion for healthcare and technology, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
