• Join our Client Growth team and play a key role in managing and driving new and optimising existing airline partnerships across India & the Middle East. • In this role, you'll work with some of the region’s largest airlines to identify commercial growth opportunities and drive them through to implementation. • Create and manage the sales pipeline within the region, focusing on closing the right deals. • Manage and optimise airline partnerships with a strong commercial focus. • Develop and execute strategic plans for each partnership. • Lead initiatives that align with partnership strategies and ensure successful implementation. • Work closely with the internal trading team to monitor and analyse commercial performance, identifying areas for growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key airline stakeholders. • Be the expert for the region, making internal recommendations for product enhancements that support commercial goals. • Collaborate closely with internal Product & Technology teams to support timely roadmap delivery. • Contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of the Client Growth team.
• Experience in selling to the airline industry, understanding their buying timelines and multi-stakeholder approach. • Ability to influence key decision-makers. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A results-driven mindset with the discipline to follow through. • Proven success in managing own time remotely, as well as contributing to a team. • University degree and/or relevant certifications (preferred but not required). • Experience in software development (a plus, but not required). • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Based in India or the Middle East, with a deep understanding of the regional aviation landscape.
