📋 Description
• As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing healthcare equipment and maximizing customer satisfaction. • Executing service activities such as regular preventative maintenance, emergency service, faultfinding, upgrades, installations. • Completeness and accuracy of service records. • Timely and accurate submission of service data, job sheets, field problem reports. • Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant educational background within medical/electrical engineering – or similar. • 3–5 years of relevant experience within field service, preferably within a hospital environment. • Good at identifying and maintaining customer relationships and related contacts. • Independent and service-minded with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving. • Structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline. • Profound IT skills is a merit. • Fluent in English and Danish language. • Driving license (B). • Willingness to travel.
