• Objective: To carry out and execute the strategies and plans designed for the fulfillment of the annual sales objective; • to increase the market share in the assigned territory through the administration, development, and reinforcement of the distributor's network offering the best solution in systems based on the established policies and procedures. • Responsibilities: Manage the resources assigned by the company to ensure the fulfillment of the sales objectives. • Plan and exercise the expenses in a responsible and effective manner in order to obtain savings against the operational expenses of the previous year that allow for improving the profitability of the department and the company. • Design and execute the strategies for the assigned territory in accordance with the Business Unit goals and expectations. • Compliance with the Annual Sales Plan. • Select, Integrate, Develop, and assess the Streamlining for the territory customers (dealers, resellers key accounts and other end-users) that allow the achievement of sales goals, providing the best customer experience. • Coordinate the efforts of internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, Strategic Key Accounts, Credit and Collection, Purchases, and Logistics in order to achieve customer requirements.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience managing sales. • Demonstrated knowledge in process applications. • Intermediate Excel knowledge. • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads. • Advanced English. • Engineering studies (chemistry, food, mechanics, etc.) preferred. • Liquids, steam and/or air mechanics knowledge preferred.
