• Donorbox is a leading fundraising platform and donor management system for nonprofit organizations. • Our mission is to accelerate positive impact worldwide by helping nonprofits become highly effective. • Looking for a part-time IT Operations Technician to support our global, remote team. • Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to the seamless functioning of our IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. • Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software, particularly in Mac environments. • Understanding of MDM solutions. • Experience with Google Workspace. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service. • Prior experience working remotely is highly preferred. • Prior experience working with a helpdesk/IT ticketing system is highly preferred.
