📋 Description

• We are seeking a Talent Placement Liaison to join our team. • This remote, full-time, independent contractor role will involve working closely with both clients and recruiters to ensure the right talent is placed with the right clients. • You will manage the placement process and oversee the ongoing relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any staffing changes are addressed quickly and effectively. • You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and managing the staffing process from start to finish. • At times, you will also need to interview potential candidates to ensure they meet the client’s requirements. • This position requires an individual who is open to change, challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • You will report to a Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written) with excellent communication skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools. • Proven experience managing a remote team, with the ability to oversee and motivate individuals working from home. • Previous experience in talent acquisition, client management, or recruitment is preferred. • Bonus: Experience in legal case management, paralegal, or similar fields is highly advantageous. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet challenges with a positive attitude. • Excellent time management and multitasking skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Strong attention to detail, especially in managing financial and invoicing processes. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients. • Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
