🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Retail und Beauty • Ein sicheres Auge für Markenauftritt, Zielgruppenbedürfnisse und relevante Retail-Trends • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Verbindlichkeit und ein souveränes Auftreten • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Begeisterung für Markenaufbau im Handel • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und eigenständige Durchführung von Konditionsgesprächen • Eigenverantwortliches Reporting und KPI-Tracking zur aktiven Steuerung und Erreichung der Wachstumsziele • Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern – als verbindende Schnittstelle • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
