• Oversee daily accounting workflows, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), revenue recognition, and cash flow management. • Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including subscription-based invoicing and revenue recognition under ASC 606. • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payments. • Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations. • Ensure account accuracy through regular bank and credit card reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within SaaS or a technology-driven company. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, Ramp, and Rippling. • In-depth understanding of GAAP principles. • Meticulous organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Strong communicator who can effectively present financial data to management and foster collaboration across teams. • Skilled in data analysis and able to make strategic, data-driven recommendations that align with Doppel’s mission.
