• We’re looking for individuals with a thirst for knowledge and excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our Security Operations Center. • The ideal candidate has an exceptional work ethic, including attention to detail and accountability, embraces working in high-pressure situations. • They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where they can adapt to evolving challenges. • Analyze threat types to determine the appropriate handling technique as well as the prevention of false positives. • Aid in workflows as required including detecting, mitigating, and monitoring threats across a range of threat types. • Collaborate with team members throughout the department to aid in providing exceptional customer service. • Proactively identify potential issues and suggest solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. • Identify trends, insights, and relationships between internal and external data and intelligence sources to provide recommended risk mitigation. • Doppels is the leading solution in modern digital risk protection for trusted brands.
Requirements
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts & principles (eg., threat detection, risk mitigation) • Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities • Excellent writing and verbal skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays as required for business needs • Bachelor’s degree in a cybersecurity or related field is preferred • Previous experience in a cybersecurity or related field is preferred
