Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. • In this role, you will spearhead growth initiatives for Dora Vota and associated protocols such as MACI, aMACI, and Mailbox. • You will play a key part in developing, executing, and optimizing growth marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, partnerships, and on-chain campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in growth marketing, social media management, or a similar role (2+ years preferred). • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and meme culture. • Experience in designing and executing growth campaigns, both on-chain and off-chain, is highly desirable. • Familiarity with Dora Vota, MACI, aMACI, or similar blockchain protocols is a plus. • Strong understanding of metrics-driven marketing and data analysis. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage). • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to design compelling content and campaigns. • Proficient in social media tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other crypto-centric platforms). • Knowledge of blockchain technologies and decentralized protocols is a plus. • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across various teams. • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to think critically. • High energy, proactive, and motivated to meet and exceed growth targets. • Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high-intensity environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
