📋 Description
• Lead a scrum team, building new functionality, and scaling our platform. • Support your team in technical and personal development, providing regular feedback. • Work closely with Group Engineering Manager and Product Managers to deliver high-quality work. • Address unique software problems like large datasets and ensuring platform uptime. • Experience in managing large volumes of data is a plus.
🎯 Requirements
• Prior commercial experience with React & Typescript • Node.js • Python • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience of working within a Software Engineering team (git, PRs, scrum, agile, etc) - ideally a remote-first team. • Previous commercial team leadership or mentoring experience • Experience with Django, MongoDB, Storybook, Azure DevOps, Google BigQuery, CosmosDB, Azure Service Bus / Pulsar, RabbitMQ, .NET MVC / WebApi, Angular, nUnit, High performance / big data systems, Multitenant systems, Information security
