• Do you love producing engaging social content, executing data-driven email campaigns, and using KPIs to grow online communities through content marketing? • Do you want to work remotely for an impact-based, female-founded, fast-growing company? • We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and be a key player in our organization to help us reach more customers and grow our impact. • As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll report to our Lead Marketing Specialist and be responsible for implementing our social strategy, increasing engagement, expanding our social reach and delivering on our email promotions. • Build on and execute the Dow Janes social media strategy. • Using your social media, content development and storytelling expertise to create fresh and compelling social media content that furthers our brand’s online presence. • Strategizing, implementing, and scheduling daily posts that are native and relevant to each platform. • Work hand-in-hand with our writing and production team members to engage and grow our audience. • Engaging with our community and other creators via DMs, comments, etc. • Stay ahead of trends, anticipating algorithmic shifts, and master best practices to generate leads, sales, and foster engaged communities on social media. • Compose SEO-enhanced titles, tags, headlines, and thumbnails for social posts that capture attention. • Provide insights and reporting for social media campaigns, leveraging data from HubSpot and other analytics tools. • Execute our email promotions and support additional marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with writing and production teams to create strategic content calendars. • Leverage your keen attention to detail to meticulously review and proofread content before publishing. • Work closely with Lead Marketing Specialist to execute strategic promotions to our email list. • Support email marketing campaigns by tracking performance metrics.
• 2+ years of social media marketing experience • Experience (and proven results) with building engaged social media audiences for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest • Experience with marketing campaign and project coordination • Strong technical aptitude • Strong attention to detail • Email and content marketing experience a plus • Previous experience with Hubspot is a plus • Strong creative and aesthetic skills • A curious, efficient, and solution-oriented mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
