β€’ Provide high-level telephone, email, and web chat support for Dow Jones products β€’ Answer global customer queries β€’ Provide professional-level support to retain customers β€’ Strong ability to multitask and prioritize β€’ Ensure all relevant procedures are followed β€’ Actively seek self-improvement opportunities β€’ Work with other departments to handle escalated issues

Requirements

β€’ Highly proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese, or Japanese for both written and verbal communication β€’ Fluent in English, for both written and verbal communication β€’ Commitment to customer satisfaction β€’ Ability to listen, empathize, and handle challenging customer inquiries β€’ Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment β€’ Ability to understand new technical systems quickly β€’ Attention to detail and ability to multitask β€’ Ability to follow a large set of procedural guidelines β€’ Experience in a contact center and/or customer service environment (preferred) β€’ Salesforce experience a plus β€’ College degree desired, or equivalent work experience β€’ Previous research experience desired β€’ Fluent in additional languages a plus
