β€’ The Court Support team works with courts throughout the country to ensure timely filing. β€’ The Court Support specialist contacts courts and retrieves information from dockets. β€’ Daily communication with court personnel and team members via various channels is key. β€’ Responsibilities include managing phone calls, processing documents, and updating internal applications. β€’ Role requires collaboration to identify process inefficiencies and relay court updates.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma / GED required. β€’ Legal experience preferred. β€’ Prefer 1+ years of customer support / call-center / retail experience in a customer-facing, service oriented position. β€’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote environment - using programs such as Teams/ Zoom to make outbound calls, Teams for chats, Outlook for emails. β€’ Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word + other programs such as online Faxes. β€’ Document manipulation experience (PDFs). β€’ Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy. β€’ Ability to read, write and speak English β€’ Quick learner and willing to learn and grow.
