β€’ This job resolves standard and occasional non-standard customer inquiries and concerns. β€’ Engages with customers confidently, performing a full range of customer service duties. β€’ Strives to resolve customer concerns in a single interaction via various modes of communication. β€’ Works independently utilizing the knowledge center to answer inquiries. β€’ Consistently exceeds results for internal adherence, efficiency, and inquiry timeliness. β€’ Resolves customer inquiries with limited escalation consistent with company policies.

Requirements

β€’ Required: 1-3 years experience in customer service or call center environment β€’ Required: High School Diploma/GED β€’ Required: None preferred
