Description

•Lead engineering efforts for AI-driven financial products •Define and drive technical vision and architecture •Oversee development and deployment of advanced AI models •Implement strategies to minimize hallucinations in LLM outputs •Manage diverse data types and processes •Champion a zero-tolerance approach to data breaches •Ensure engineering practices adhere to security standards •Leverage Agentic AI frameworks for finance agents •Write and ship high-quality code rapidly •Mentor team members to achieve proficiency •Recruit and build a team of high-caliber engineers •Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration •Align technical efforts with business goals •Maintain secure, scalable infrastructure for AI models •Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations

Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership role •Proven track record of implementing robust security measures •Expertise in handling structured and unstructured data, ETL processes •Experience with data virtualization or equivalent approaches •Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), machine learning architectures •Experience in deploying LLMs to maintain output quality in production •Ideally, experience working with Agentic AI frameworks in production •Ability to develop and manage frontend and backend systems •Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams •Demonstrated ability to rapidly produce high-quality code •Potential to transition into higher leadership roles •Strong passion for solving complex problems •Strong familiarity with security, compliance, and performance challenges in fintech •Data Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure expertise •Experience designing scalable cloud infrastructures •Ability to optimize and apply LLMs and AI/ML techniques in finance
