Description
• Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and identify opportunities for tax savings • Oversee annual audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations • Be responsible for quote-to-cash, optimizing the billing and collections process • Manage financial operations including but not limited to AR, AP, Payroll, Corporate Cards, T&E • Design and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets • Coordinate with FP&A to produce forecast vs. actual reporting
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience • 3+ years of experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm • CPA certification • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US Tax regulations • Experience working with a SaaS company • First hand experience managing an audit • Experience supporting fundraising • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy • Bonus Points: • Experience as an auditor
