• At Signature Analytics, we specialize in providing expert-level fractional accounting and business advisory solutions to small and middle-market businesses and nonprofits across the United States. • We accomplish this by managing an organization’s accounting functions and financial reporting, allowing them to focus on their mission related goals by improving performance and strategies. • We are looking for an experienced Controller with strong communication, leadership, client relationship management, audit preparation, strategic thinking, and change management skills. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, guiding clients through operational and technological changes, mentoring team members, and contributing to firm initiatives. • Demonstrating impact of recommendations and solutions is essential, along with continuous learning and influencing clients.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of accounting experience • 3-5 years nonprofit accounting experience preferred • 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent) • Client service experience, preferred • Mix of public and private accounting experience preferred • CPA, CMA or MBA designation, preferred • Advanced user of Excel
