🎯 Requirements

• Experience & Education: 3-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs, along with a college degree or equivalent experience. • Excellence & Resilience: Demonstrated job excellence with strong references, and the ability to maintain resilience in the face of rejection. • Tech-Savvy & Strategic: Proficiency in utilizing technology to generate additional sales prospects, combined with critical thinking skills to differentiate between needs and wants and offer solution-oriented responses. • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Confident, clear, and empathetic communication, with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and excel in a quota-driven environment. • Mindset & Determination: A proactive and determined mindset, recognizing the need for perseverance and grit in a sales role, and hitting the ground running with a self-starter mentality.
