Requirements

• A solid Rubyist with adequate experience. • Comfortable in a 100% distributed team. • Self-driven and able to manage your time effectively. • Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing. • Organized and do not let things slip through the cracks. • Able to take initiative and ownership. • Experience in design/UX is a plus. • Background in Information Security would be beneficial.
