• Dragonfli Group, LLC is a small business providing cutting-edge cybersecurity and IT services to government agencies and large commercial enterprises. • We serve clients across key industries, including financial services, energy and utilities, aerospace and defense, and healthcare. • Role Overview: Seeking a skilled and proactive Part-Time Technical Recruiter to join our team. • This fully remote role focuses on sourcing top talent for roles in IT and cybersecurity, supporting hiring efforts for both government and commercial engagements. • Preference given to candidates located within CST or EST time zones to facilitate collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the consulting industry, with a focus on IT services and cybersecurity roles. • Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). • Experience developing screening and interview questions for technical roles. • Ability to learn and navigate new software applications to perform the responsibilities of the role. • Experience using AI tools to automate and enhance the recruitment workflow. • Experience in promoting open roles across job boards and social media platforms. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative virtual environment (e.g., Roam Virtual Office). • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
