Description
• The Full-Time Android Sales Expert will be expected to empower the consumer by sharing their expert knowledge and advanced customer service skills to promote and sell the newest Android powered smartphones, tablets and all Android Ecosystem add-on devices and accessories.
Requirements
• Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology gadgets, and preferably an avid Android user and/or enthusiast • Previous experience in a retail sales environment with required knowledge of “Point of Sale” and/or cash register transactions. • Strong customer service skills with ability to offer after-sales customer support and influence customer retention • Independent and motivated team player • Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day • Regular physical activity may be required (e.g., setting up promotional material, lifting up to 25lbs) • Ability to work a very flexible retail schedule, hours may vary • Must have the ability to commute to assigned store and arrive on time for assigned shift(s) • Proficient in Google Workspace, Windows, Microsoft office and general social media applications • Daily access to internet/email • 3+ years of wireless and or/ PC retail sales and/or training experience is a plus • Experience working with any of the larger wireless carriers is a plus • Ability to sit or stand for a full work shift
