Description

• The MetOptima Implementation Engineer will be responsible for deploying the MetOptima tool at the customer. • Travel will be required for physical presence at customer for the critical period of the project. • Responsible for training, coaching at the customer and customizing for the specific training material. • KPIs reporting and analyses will be required on this professional’s responsibilities. • The incumbent will assist the data scientists for the model features and customize reports per customers’ needs. • The Implementation Engineer will help the customers to understand the logical behind the recommendations and will need to answer most of the customer technical questions of how the product operates. • Frequent customization of the Operator Guides to match the customers’ plant environment will also be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's qualification in Chemical Engineering. • At least three years of relevant experience in mining and chemical processes. • Advance Process Control (APC), Mining Process, Chemical Process. • Professional Proficiency in MS Office and Python is beneficial. • Ability to work autonomously and have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Willing to travel to remote locations. • Self-driven. • Fluent English and, ideally, Spanish communication skills.
