📋 Description
•Drata is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join the team! •Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives at the regional level. •Requires a creative thinker with strong understanding of regional marketing dynamics. •Proven track record of driving results through field marketing programs. •Work with cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). •5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or related roles. •Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing strategies and campaigns. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. •Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. •Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, ABM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense).
