ā¢ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Expert to join our dynamic team specializing in headhunting services. ā¢ We seek an individual to take charge of identifying and developing potential client leads, utilizing diverse strategies to drive the growth of our Headhunting business. ā¢ This position requires a proactive approach to generating qualified leads and a deep understanding of the headhunting and recruitment industry. ā¢ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in need of headhunting services. ā¢ Utilize a variety of sources such as LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and industry-specific databases. ā¢ Assess and qualify leads to ensure they fit the target client profile. ā¢ Maintain detailed records of interactions and statuses of various leads in a CRM system. ā¢ Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential clients via email and social media. ā¢ Craft compelling messages and communication plans to engage prospective clients. ā¢ Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. ā¢ Provide ongoing support and information to leads to nurture their interest in our services. ā¢ Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals. ā¢ Provide insights and feedback to refine and improve lead generation strategies. ā¢ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. ā¢ Use data to optimize strategies and achieve set targets.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. ā¢ Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation, preferably within the recruitment or headhunting industry. A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and industry dynamics is preferred but not required ā¢ Excellent research and analytical skills. ā¢ Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools. ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills. ā¢ Experience with Instantly AI or any similar Cold Calling Software ā¢ Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. ā¢ Self-motivated and results-driven with a keen eye for detail.
