📋 Description

• AG1 is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager with a strong background in DTC and eCommerce. • You will play a central role in driving technical product solutions that enhance our DTC customer experience. • You will lead a team of Designers and Engineers to oversee multiple technical product lines. • Your leadership throughout the product development lifecycle will ensure alignment with AG1’s vision. • Partner with stakeholders to define and implement a technical product vision and strategy. • Manage the technical product portfolio for Software Engineering, Design, and Application teams. • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. • At least 8 years of experience in technical product management or engineering. • Expertise with technical products in DTC websites, CPG customer experiences, and Commerce. • Strong technical expertise across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure technologies. • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts. • Solid background in Agile & Scrum methodologies. • Direct experience in eCommerce and subscription technology. • Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams. • Familiarity with third-party tools, including CMS and e-commerce platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. • Business acumen to align technical product strategies to AG1’s DTC goals. • Knowledge of UI/UX principles is highly desirable.
