📋 Description

• ServiceTitan is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Inventory Management and Purchasing products. • Shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap, driving expansion into new markets. • Build supplier integrations to elevate our product catalog experience. • Transform complex challenges into seamless, scalable solutions that empower customers. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class Inventory and Purchasing workflows. • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Inventory and Purchasing modules. • Develop a compelling product roadmap, balancing impact, feasibility, and user insights. • Collaborate closely with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and ensure meaningful product enhancements. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to validate new ideas, refine hypotheses, and guide feature development. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies for real-world challenges. • Drive adoption by actively partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success teams. • Prioritize features based on customer feedback, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on features to enhance user experience. • Manage product managers, setting clear objectives, tracking goals, and mentoring for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a product management role with strong track record of shipping new products and features • 4-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience), MBA or advanced degree is a plus • Experience implementing AI-based solutions that address real-world business challenges is a plus • Background in Inventory, Purchasing, or E-commerce platforms is a plus • Strong product design background and a passion for building simple user interfaces that delight users • Data-driven: your decisions and your successes are based on quantifiable impact • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
