• The SVP National Sales (Off Premise & eCommerce) will own the customer and the development of the commercial objectives and plans for OLIPOP’s strategic business objectives within the National Sales Organization – Off Premise & eCommerce. • This includes managing key retail chains such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Amazon. • Responsible for Customer P&L’s and driving significant revenue and profit growth.
• 15+ years of experience in fast growing CPG organizations • Experience in selling to National Sales Off Premise Customers and building relationships at the most senior levels. • Experience in selling to Amazon and retailer eCommerce. • Experience in growing, leading and developing a team of world-class sales professionals • Experience collaborating with executive leadership for short-term and long-term strategic planning • Experience in managing budgets and resource planning • Has been part of product launches or commercialization end to end, including having input into the planning process and timelines • Has successfully overseen market expansion into new markets (and countries) • Data-driven leader that has created forecasts or strategic plans by using consumer insights, IRI, Spins and/or Nielsen data • Proven experience with growth and scaling a successful CPG brand • Experience in beverage preferred
