Description
• Reporting to the VP Tax, key member of the CFO organization managing internal Tax resources and co-source providers. • Ownership of Federal, State, and Local Income Tax. • Preparation and review of quarterly global consolidated Tax Provision and Controls. • Preparation and review of public-company financial statement disclosures. • Management of Tax relationship with Internal and Financial Statement auditors. • Management of co-sourced Global Tax Compliance. • Preparation of timely forecasts of cash tax and ETR. • Continuous technology-supported Tax Process Improvement. • Strategic Tax planning and research.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA required • At least 10-12 years of Income Tax experience in a public company • Proficiency with US GAAP reporting and compliance requirements • Expertise with ASC 740 • Canadian and European tax experience • Demonstrated management and leadership skills. • Effective and friendly collaboration across tax dependencies including accounting, treasury, finance, business unit management, and others. • Travel up to 40% to Charlotte, NC Headquarters
