Description

• Responsible for supporting Take 5 Oil Change Brand • Controlling, designing, and optimizing resources and controllables • Collaboration with the field and 3rd party vendors • Designing, implementing and evolving in-shop labor model • Work closely with Operations Field Leaders and Finance partners • Support Operations process design and process change through data analytics

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in labor design and analytics, data analytics and business engineering • Minimum 3 years experience leading or managing a team and/or projects • Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, formula functions) • Experience using HRIS systems • Experience using data analytics software. Qlik preferred • Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel • Experience creating and delivering presentations to executives to present data-driven analytics
