• Enable business value through IT solutions • Elicit requirements for updates and enhancements to applications • Work with cross-functional teams for solution design • Ensure requirements are met during development • Communicate with various organizational levels • Assist in troubleshooting complex system issues
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ Business/Solutions Analysis experience • Experience in an Agile environment • Collaboration with stakeholders to achieve consensus • Creating workflows and concise requirements • Strong analytical skills in data analysis and organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to anticipate business needs independently • Financial Services or Auto Lending experience preferred • Experience managing vendor relationships is a plus
