🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience of building SAAS products. • Proven track record of owning & scaling full stack products and features with measurable success. • Deep customer empathy, you thrive on field research and customer engagement. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management, you excel in cross-functional collaboration. • Technical acumen, you can work effectively with engineers on flight automation, photogrammetry, and AI-driven insights. • Data-driven decision-making, you leverage metrics, experimentation, and user research to validate product choices. • Experience using UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin.io • Proven experience in people management, including hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing product teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and continuous growth. • Drone Certification: For this position, obtaining a USA-Part 107 license is essential within the first 90 days of employment and must be maintained for the entirety of tenure in the role.
