• At Dropbox, our People Analytics team helps leaders make informed decisions on talent. • We seek a Manager for People Analytics Tableau Dashboards to develop HR and Recruiting dashboards. • You will evolve dashboard capabilities and translate data insights into actionable tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Psychology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis across both HR and Recruiting analytics, with a focus on dashboard development and self-service tools (in particular, Tableau). • Proficiency in querying and navigating data warehouses and advising data engineers on data models, structure, and system integrations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders to understand customer needs. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality results. • Track record of successfully managing teams of developers or analysts. • Humble attitude with a willingness to shift from high-level strategic thinking to stepping in and helping to drive execution alongside analytics, HR, and Recruiting teams.
