🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment. • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence. • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with HR software and tools to drive efficiency. • Demonstrated hunger to learn, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement. • Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving excellence. • Accountability for responsibilities and ownership of outcomes. • Coachability and openness to growth, learning, and adapting to new challenges.
