• Fully remote HR Generalist position at Initiate Government Solutions • Support day-to-day operations of HR department • Handle sensitive information and HR issues • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes • Maintain accurate staff records and HR compliance reports
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices • Experience in Employee Relations • Strong work ethic, intense drive and initiative for quality and customer service • Understanding of employment benefits including 401k • Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; proficient with HRIS systems • Experience using SharePoint as a document library • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently, proactive and results driven • Detailed oriented and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
