• Who We Are: Allot is a leading network intelligence and security solutions provider for service providers and enterprises worldwide. • What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive the people strategy for the US region and the Sales org. • This role is integral to the business, combining strategic influence with hands-on support.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, leading HR functions for a business unit with 100+ employees, particularly within R&D/Product /Security and hi tech. environments, working in international companies, managing diverse teams • Experience in a global high-tech company, fluent in English, Hebrew advantage • Strong expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development. • Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics to drive decisions. • Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation. • A “can-do” attitude and the ability to adapt to new trends and challenges.
