• Optimize leave of absence and return-to-work processes while ensuring compliance. • Enhance communication and training related to leave rights. • Upgrade compliance tracking systems and develop training materials for leave management tools. • Serve as the primary point of contact for leave-related inquiries. • Regularly review and update leave management policies and procedures. • Collaborate with HR leadership to implement best practices for leave and absence management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR leave management, employee benefits administration, or a related field. • Familiarity with compliance tracking tools and leave management systems (e.g., Absence Compliance Tracker, Workday, or similar tools). • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, and state-specific regulations). • Excellent training and communication skills, with experience creating and delivering employee training materials. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software tools.
