Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a track record of progressive impact. • 7+ years of experience driving or influencing system and process transformations. • 5+ years in procurement, either as a practitioner, in industry, or in consulting. • Versatile thought leader with a strong understanding of what it takes to drive business success. • Visionary thinker with the ability to envision transformative changes beyond traditional methods. • Innovation-driven, with a passion for emerging technologies and challenging the status quo. • Data enthusiast with a knack for deep analysis and uncovering valuable insights. • Effective communicator skilled in presenting ideas clearly to inspire change and secure stakeholder buy-in. • Proven project leader, capable of driving high-impact initiatives from concept to completion. • Experienced with digital tools, including generative AI, RPA, and spend management solutions. • In-depth knowledge of procurement trends, capabilities, and key industry players. • Unwavering commitment to customer-focused solutions.
