• As the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Dropbox, you will be responsible for defining and authoring the go-to-market strategy for Dropbox's Core portfolio, which includes Dropbox, Dropbox DocSend, Dropbox Sign (including API and Fax), and Dropbox FormSwift. • You will also collaborate closely with the Dropbox Dash GTM teams and partner with Product, Growth, and Campaigns teams. • You will play a crucial role in influencing the product direction, driving adoption and impacting revenue growth. • You will lead a talented team of Product Marketers, ensuring alignment of sales and marketing efforts, and fostering innovation. • Joining Dropbox in this role will provide substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive transformation and innovation within a leading tech company. • Define and lead the multi-year vision for the GTM strategy of Dropbox’s Core portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and pioneering new market opportunities. • Lead and mentor a team of senior product marketing managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and innovation. • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, using insights to inform product positioning and messaging. • Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. • Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas and customer journey maps. • Collaborate closely with campaign managers to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and adoption. • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and GTM strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and directly contribute to revenue growth. • Partner with channel owners to identify optimization opportunities and ensure marketing activities are effective and efficient. • Represent Dropbox at industry events and conferences, developing thought leadership content that establishes Dropbox as a market leader and engaging with key customers and partners.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in product marketing, including go-to-market strategy and release marketing, for a SaaS and/or Product Led Growth technology company • Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business goals • Deep understanding of the sales process, customer behavior, and market trends • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop top talent in a fast-paced environment • Strong marketing competencies across strategic planning, content creation, sales enablement, and performance reporting • Experience partnering with Sales, Productivity, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations teams • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities in interpreting data and qualitative research • Experience leading high-performing teams and managing large marketing budgets
