• At MedScout, our mission is to empower MedTech commercial teams with the data, insights, and tools they need to deliver life-changing medical innovations. • We’re creating a revenue acceleration platform that unites the latest medical claims intelligence with an intuitive user experience. • Now we’re looking to hire a driven Product Marketing Lead to scale MedScout to $10m in ARR and beyond. • Help us understand our target audience and become the go-to expert on MedScout's target personas. • Drive strategy for communicating MedScout's features, benefits, and use cases. • Report to our Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. • Focus on effort, earning trust, intelligence, hiring the best, and decisive actions. • Become the authoritative voice of the customer, and develop a deep understanding of our target personas. • Craft compelling, persona-specific messaging and conduct research to improve positioning. • Plan and execute product launches and facilitate cross-functional learning and collaboration.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of Product Marketing experience in an early-stage B2B SaaS environment (Seed through Series B, vertical SaaS preferred). • A track record of driving full-funnel impact at companies with a sales-led go-to-market motion. • Nice to haves: Experience building for Sales teams, experience building for Healthcare, knowledge of the Medical Device market. • Evidence that as a marketer, you spike on positioning, messaging, and customer research (the “fuel” half of the marketing machine). • You understand demand generation and channel strategies and can point to successful examples of collaboration with growth marketers (the “engine” half of the marketing machine) • You’ve written compelling short- and long-form content and can point to examples of your work (internal- and external-facing). • You’ve developed marketing strategies and tactics that put the customer first and achieve ambitious company goals. You demonstrate a commitment to excellence in your work.
