β€’ The Account Development Manager supports OEM auto maker relationships and dealership training. β€’ Build and conduct customized training programs to assist OEMs and their dealership networks. β€’ Partner with Sales Management Team to maximize sales revenue. β€’ Conduct training seminars to increase dealer profitability and product sales penetration. β€’ Develop training and marketing materials. β€’ Assist Dealers in complying with laws and regulations via training.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6+ years of automotive retail-related management (F&I, Sales Mgr, GSM, GM, Training Specialist) β€’ 2+ years of F&I specific experience (may be included in 6+ years above) β€’ 3+ years of proven territory management and training activities (may be included in 6+ years above). β€’ Extensive menu selling knowledge/experience. β€’ Proficient in selling current F&I product suite portfolio. β€’ Experienced in account development with sustained results. β€’ Experienced in "hands-on" development training of dealership personnel and/or "train the trainer" in-store development. β€’ Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four year college or university, preferred β€’ Excellent communications and public speaking skills β€’ Proven history of success in developing innovative programs through execution of established conversion methods β€’ Must be willing to travel at least 65% β€’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S β€’ Must be able to successfully pass a background check
