📋 Description
• Assist agent team with issuing tickets and exchanges • Calculate and submit unused tickets for refunding • Queue monitoring and PNR clean up • Tracking and use of non-refundable tickets • Service fee processing • Direct billing of hotel stays • Email/Invoice management
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sabre with emphasis on ticketing including exchanges • Extensive experience with ticket exchanges and refunds on both domestic and international reservations • Extensive knowledge/ability to calculate and understand fare rules • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy • Attention to detail • Experience and comfort with automated tools • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
