📋 Description
• Senior Proposal Writer for Direct Travel to provide RFP support for business and client renewals • Support development, production, and submission of bid opportunities • Gather and evaluate information for compelling bid responses • Develop high-quality, message-driven documents • Interface closely with Sales and Account Management teams • Manage production of all RFP deliverables • Provide editing, proofing, and graphic design support • Maintain job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional networks
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of proposal writing experience (business travel industry, preferred) • Experience with proposal automation software (Loopio, preferred) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related discipline. • Excellent writing skills are essential to this position • Candidate must submit a minimum of three (3) original writing samples • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Creative and articulate with superior attention to detail • Self-starter, able to work independently and able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Positive, proactive individual and cross-functional partner who can easily collaborate with the team and multiple departments
